Vending Fee Circa Caliente 2026

Event Dates & Vendor Requirements:
Official vending will take place October 3rd-4th, 2026, from 10am to 6pm in the back grass area. We’re expecting 400-550 attendees over the weekend, and the event will be open to the general public on Sunday. If you’d like, you are welcome to vend on Thursday and Friday as well—since the hotel is sold out, guests with wristbands will already be onsite.

All vendors must have weekend wristbands, and these are now included in the overall vending price for your convenience. Please note that the wristband alone is valued at $189, but we’ve discounted the vending spot this year for better savings. All spots are priced equally, and previous Cabana Members may add a 10x10 tent for extra shade and display space.

Vendor Gear & Setup:
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tents and tables (10x10 spot). Please ensure your setup does not include cables or other tripping hazards. You are not required to break down each day, but you are fully responsible for securing your products overnight. We cannot take responsibility for unsupervised merchandise.

Load-In & Logistics:
You may load in at any time using either side gate. To reserve your vending spot, please select your option from the dropdown menu provided. If you have questions or need assistance, please reply to this email.
