Vendor Fee for Circa Caliente 2025
Wristbands are required to vend.
(If you already have a wristband please choose the option just to pay for vending)

Official Vending Is October 5th-6th 2025 from 10am-6pm in the back grass area.
You can also vend on Thursday and Friday if interested as the hotel is SOLD OUT and guest with wristbands will already be on sight.

You will need to provide your own tent and gear. (No cables) or tripping hazards.

You do NOT have to break down everyday but YOU are responsible for your products and securing it. We do NOT take responsability for unsupervised product.

Load in can be at anytime on either side gate

10x10 Spot (you must bring your own tent/table) Grass are
6x6 Cabana already exist (Bring table)

we will have 300-450 people for the weekend and be open to the general public on Sunday as well.
